If you have 7 classes:
A) more than 34 checks total on chart
B) more than 14 checks total in each of 2 individual classes
C) 3 suspensions during chart
If you have 6 classes:
A) no more than 32 checks total on chart
B) more than 14 checks total in each of 2 individual classes
C) 3 suspensions during chart
If you have 5 classes:
A) no more than 30 checks total on chart
B) more than 14 checks total in each of 2 individual classes
C) 3 suspensions during chart
Absence from class factor:
1 absence - reduce A and B above by 1
2 absences - reduce A and B above by 1
3 absences - reduce A and B above by 2
4 absences - reduce A and B above by 3
5 absences - reduce A and B above by 4
More than 5 absences - reduce A and B above by 1 for each absence

Once you exceed 12 absences in a semester, you will receive a maximum level 3 chart until the end of that semester unless you are on homebound, or unless you have a documented excuse from a professional that you needed to be absent.
